    Section 4

    Our Services

Bliss of Enlightenment offers a range of spiritual, yoga, and wellness programmes designed to support inner awakening, wellbeing, and personal transformation. All Programmes are described on our website and promotional materials in good faith.

    • If a change is material and significantly affects the Programme you registered for, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to transfer or receive a refund
    • Venue changes may occur due to circumstances outside our control — we will notify participants and the quality of the experience will be maintained

    No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes

While we design our Programmes with the deepest care and expertise, we cannot and do not guarantee specific spiritual, physical, emotional, or psychological outcomes for any individual participant. Transformation is a deeply personal process — we can create the conditions, but the inner journey is yours.

    Not Medical or Therapeutic Services

Our Programmes are spiritual and wellness-oriented in nature. They are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, counselling, or a substitute for professional healthcare. If you have medical or psychological concerns, please consult a qualified professional alongside your participation in our Programmes.

    Pricing for Group Bookings

    • Group discounts may be available for bookings of 3 or more participants from the same organisation or family — please contact us to discuss
    • Each participant in a group booking remains individually bound by these Terms

    Section 6

    Participant Code of Conduct

Our retreats are sacred spaces — carefully held for deep inner work. Every participant has a responsibility to honour the space, the teacher, and their fellow participants. By registering, you agree to uphold the following standards of conduct throughout all Programmes.

    Honour the Silence

Respect Noble Silence when in effect. This is not a social convention — it is the primary vehicle of transformation in our retreats. Violations disturb the experience of all participants.

    Digital Surrender

Surrender all digital devices at registration as instructed. Unauthorised use of phones, laptops, or any recording device during the retreat is strictly prohibited.

    Sattvic Lifestyle

Observe the retreat’s lifestyle guidelines — including the sattvic diet, abstinence from alcohol, tobacco, and recreational substances for the duration of the Programme.

    Respect All Beings

Treat all fellow participants, teachers, staff, and the natural environment with dignity and respect. Aggressive, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.

    Punctuality

Arrive on time for all sessions. Late arrivals disrupt the energy of the group. Please inform the retreat team in advance if you anticipate any difficulty keeping to the schedule.

    No Proselytising

Do not promote your own teachings, products, services, or beliefs to fellow participants. Our space is for learning, not recruitment or marketing of any kind.

    Confidentiality

What is shared in the retreat container stays in the retreat container. You must not disclose the personal experiences, revelations, or disclosures of other participants without their explicit consent.

    Respect the Venue

Treat all retreat facilities with care. Any damage caused to property, rooms, or equipment through negligence or misconduct may be charged to the responsible participant.

    Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited during all Bliss of Enlightenment Programmes and on all retreat premises:

    • Consumption of alcohol, recreational drugs, or any intoxicating substances
    • Smoking or use of tobacco products (except in designated areas if applicable)
    • Romantic or sexual conduct with other participants or staff
    • Recording of sessions, teachings, or other participants without explicit written consent
    • Sharing, distributing, or reproducing our teachings or materials without permission
    • Bringing non-registered guests onto the retreat premises
    • Verbal, physical, or emotional aggression toward any person
    • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or intimidation
    • Possession of weapons of any kind on retreat premises
    • Leaving the retreat venue overnight without prior consent of the lead teacher
    • Engaging in any commercial activity or solicitation on retreat premises
    • Breaching the confidentiality of fellow participants

    Removal from Programme
Bliss of Enlightenment reserves the right to remove any participant from a Programme at any time if their behaviour, in the sole judgement of the lead teacher or retreat manager, endangers the safety, wellbeing, or experience of others, or violates this Code of Conduct. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

    Section 7

    Health & Medical Responsibility

Your health and wellbeing are of paramount importance to us. The following terms govern your responsibility to disclose health information and our corresponding obligations to you during Programmes.

        Pre-Registration Health Disclosure

        • You must complete our pre-retreat health questionnaire truthfully and fully before your arrival
        • You must disclose all physical health conditions, injuries, surgeries, or treatments relevant to yoga, meditation, breathwork, or intensive physical or emotional practice
        • You must disclose all current prescription medications and any relevant history of mental health conditions, eating disorders, or trauma
        • Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in your removal from the Programme without refund

        Personal Medical Responsibility

        • You are responsible for bringing an adequate supply of all personal medications required during the retreat
        • You are responsible for managing your own medical needs and for informing the retreat welfare team of any medical emergency
        • Bliss of Enlightenment does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription services
        • In the event of a medical emergency, we will contact emergency services and your nominated emergency contact — please ensure your emergency contact details are accurate

        Pregnancy

        • If you are pregnant or become pregnant after registering, please contact us immediately
        • Certain practices in our Programmes (advanced pranayama, intensive breathwork, some kriyas) are contraindicated during pregnancy — we will advise on modified participation
        • Participants who are more than 12 weeks pregnant at the retreat start date may be advised to defer to a future batch — a full transfer credit will be applied with no fee

        Not a Medical Service

Nothing in our Programme content, teachings, or materials constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any intensive yoga, meditation, or breathwork practice — particularly if you have any pre-existing health conditions.

        Section 8

        Assumption of Risk & Waiver

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or service offerings. All updates will be handled transparently and respectfully.

By registering for and attending any Bliss of Enlightenment Programme, you acknowledge and accept that:

                • You voluntarily participate in all sessions and practices and take full personal responsibility for the choices you make during the Programme
                • You are free to modify or rest from any practice at any time — and you accept responsibility for your own decisions to participate or not participate in any given session
                • Deep meditation and spiritual immersion may bring up powerful emotional and psychological material — this is part of the transformational process and is not a sign of harm
                • You assume all risks associated with travel to and from the retreat venue, including transportation, accommodation booked independently, and any activities undertaken outside the formal retreat schedule
                • Bliss of Enlightenment is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings brought to the retreat venue
