A 21-day Satori Silence Retreat is an intensive spiritual programme designed to help participants experience a temporary awakening or profound insight into their true nature through silence, meditation, self-inquiry, and mindful living.

A “glimpse of enlightenment” does not usually mean permanent enlightenment. In Zen, Satori is often described as an initial awakening or direct insight that may later deepen through continued practice. This retreat is a profound beginning — the real transformation unfolds in the integration that follows.

This retreat is not recommended for individuals currently experiencing acute psychiatric conditions, severe clinical depression requiring medication adjustment, or those in active crisis. Do I need prior meditation or yoga experience?
No prior experience is required. The retreat is designed to be fully accessible for sincere beginners while offering genuine depth for advanced practitioners. What matters is the sincerity of your intention and openness to the journey.
How does Noble Silence work?
Silence is introduced gradually. Week 1 is preparatory with guided sharing and community building. Noble Silence begins fully in Week 2, covering meals, movement, and all communal spaces. In Week 3, silence is thoughtfully released as you re-integrate into ordinary speech. You may speak with facilitators anytime for support.
What happens after the retreat?
All participants receive post-retreat integration support: weekly online group sessions for 30 days, personal check-in support, and access to the Bliss of Enlightenment community. Integration is when the real transformation embeds itself into daily life — we take this as seriously as the retreat itself.
Can I use my phone or digital devices?
Phones, laptops, and digital devices are surrendered at the start and returned at the close. Digital detox is a core part of the transformation — the disconnection from screens is itself a profound practice. In genuine emergencies, facilitators will assist with necessary communication.
What food is provided?
All meals are freshly prepared sattvic vegetarian — no onion, garlic, meat, eggs, or alcohol. Meals are Ayurvedically aligned to support deep practice and a clear, settled mind. Common dietary needs can be accommodated with prior notice. The diet is itself a core part of the retreat’s healing.
Is any physical fitness required?
No specific fitness level is required. All yoga practices are offered with modifications and alternatives. The retreat is not physically demanding — the primary invitation is inward, not athletic. Anyone in general good health who can sit, walk, and engage in gentle movement is welcome. Please disclose any significant physical conditions during registration.
What is the language of instruction?
Teachings are delivered in both Hindi and English. All written materials are bilingual. International participants are warmly welcomed — the essence of these teachings transcends language. Many participants describe this as one of the most language-free learning experiences they’ve had.
How do I register?
Registration is completed online through our website. A deposit of ₹10,000 (or $200 for international participants) confirms your place. The balance is due 30 days before the retreat. Cancellations more than 45 days in advance receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 45 days may be transferred to a future batch.
