About the Programme
Where Ancient Wisdom Becomes Living Experience
The Bliss of Enlightenment 51-Day Yoga Meditation Teacher Training is not a course — it is a sadhana. Rooted in the timeless scriptures of the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Goraksha Shatak, Bhagavad Gita, Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, and the non-dual philosophy of Advaita Vedanta, this intensive residential programme is designed for sincere seekers who wish to embody yoga, not merely teach postures.
Over 51 days of unbroken immersion in a sacred and supported environment, you will traverse the full spectrum of classical yogic science — from the purification of the physical body through traditional asana and pranayama, to the subtleties of energy, tantra, bhakti, ritual, and the highest dimensions of non-dual awareness. You will emerge not only as a certified teacher, but as a transformed human being.

Aspects of Training
The Seven Dimensions of Transformation
01
Physical Purification
Through classical Shat Kriyas, asana, and therapeutic practices, the physical body becomes a clean, strong, and supple vehicle for higher practice. Illness, toxicity, and rigidity are methodically addressed.
02
Pranic Mastery
Pranayama and energy practices systematically expand prana, purify the 72,000 nadis, awaken the dormant shakti, and prepare the ground for Kundalini’s natural ascent.
03
Mental Clarity & Stillness
Multiple meditation techniques from diverse traditions — including Vedic, Tantric, and Buddhist-influenced practices — systematically still the chitta vrittis and establish the practitioner in witnessing awareness.
04
Devotional Opening (Bhakti)
The heart is opened through kirtan, puja, mantra, and bhakti practices. Devotion transforms spiritual practice from discipline into love — from effort into grace.
05
Tantric Awakening
The Vigyan Bhairav Tantra’s 112 techniques are explored as direct pathways to expanded consciousness — using the body, senses, and daily life itself as instruments of meditation.
06
Non-dual Wisdom (Jnana)
Advaita Vedanta’s inquiry into the nature of Self — through satsang, study, and self-enquiry — dissolves the fundamental illusion of separation and establishes the ground of non-dual awareness.
07
Teacher Embodiment
The teaching craft is approached with the same depth as personal practice. You learn not only how to guide postures, but how to hold space, transmit energy, and inspire authentic transformation in others.

Voices of Transformation
★★★★★
“I came thinking I was going to learn yoga. What I received was something far beyond — a direct encounter with my own deepest nature. The 51 days broke me open in the most beautiful way. I left a completely different person. The teaching on Advaita Vedanta combined with actual embodied practice is something I have never encountered elsewhere.”
Meera Sharma
Mumbai, India — Batch 2023
★★★★★
“The depth and authenticity of this training is extraordinary. Having studied at several yoga schools across India and Bali, nothing compares to the integration of classical texts, living practice, and genuine transmission offered here. The Vigyan Bhairav Tantra sessions were life-changing. My Kundalini experience during week four was the most significant event of my life.”
Andreas Müller
Munich, Germany — Batch 2024
★★★★★
“As a medical doctor, I came with a scientific mind and some scepticism. I leave with a completely expanded understanding of human health and consciousness. The anatomy and physiology sessions were world-class, and the integration with pranayama and chakra science revealed dimensions of the body I was never taught in medical school.”
Dr. Priya Nair
Kochi, Kerala — Batch 2024
★★★★★
“The daily schedule was intense, but every single element served the whole. The Bhakti and ritual practices touched something in my heart that all my years of physical yoga practice had never reached. I wept during my first Havan and understood in that moment what yoga really is. I am now teaching from a place of genuine inner experience — not just technique.”
Sarah O’Brien
Dublin, Ireland — Batch 2023
★★★★★
“The Goraksha Shatak and Hatha Yoga Pradipika classes revealed a yoga that is completely alive and relevant to modern life. The teachers here don’t just explain texts — they transmit them. By the end of the training I could feel the 84 asanas working on me at an energy level. My practice will never be the same.”
Ravi Teja Reddy
Hyderabad, India — Batch 2022
★★★★★
“I had been teaching yoga for six years before this training. I thought I knew yoga. This experience shattered every comfortable assumption and rebuilt my understanding from the ground up. The Ayurveda sessions, the Astrology classes, and especially the Yoga Nidra practicum have fundamentally transformed how I work with students.”

Who Should Attend
This Programme Is for You If…
Do I need prior yoga experience to join this training?
While a basic familiarity with yoga is beneficial, it is not mandatory. What is essential is sincere commitment, physical health sufficient to engage in daily practice, and openness to deep inner work. Beginners with genuine intent are warmly welcomed alongside experienced practitioners.
What is the medium of instruction?
All sessions are conducted in English. Some classical mantra and ritual practices involve Sanskrit, for which full transliterations and translations are provided in your course materials.
Is the 500-hour certification internationally recognised?
Yes. Bliss of Enlightenment is a registered Yoga Alliance school. Graduates receive the internationally accredited 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) designation, which is recognised in over 100 countries worldwide and qualifies you to teach at any level.
What does the Kundalini Awakening component involve? Is it safe?
Kundalini practices are approached with the utmost respect and care. The curriculum builds systematically through purification, pranayama, and energy work over several weeks before Kundalini practices are introduced. All sessions are closely supervised by experienced teachers. Our approach is grounded, traditional, and safe — designed to support natural awakening, not force it.
Can I attend if I follow a particular religion or no religion?
Absolutely. Yoga is a science of consciousness, not a religion. While the practices draw from Hindu and Tantric frameworks, they are universally applicable and non-sectarian. Students from all religious backgrounds and none have attended and thrived in this training.
What diet is followed during the programme?
All meals provided are sattvic vegetarian, prepared in alignment with both Ayurvedic principles and yogic dietary science. Eggs, meat, fish, alcohol, tobacco, and recreational substances are not permitted during the programme. This is an essential part of the sadhana, not merely a dietary preference.
How physically demanding is the training?
The training is comprehensive and immersive — early mornings, long days, and consistent physical and energetic practice. It requires reasonable physical health and endurance. However, modifications are always available, and the pace honours each individual’s capacity. The training is challenging but deeply sustainable when approached with the right intention.
Are there early-bird discounts or payment plans?
Yes. We offer early-bird pricing for registrations made 90 days before the programme commencement date. Flexible payment plans (2 or 3 instalments) are also available. A limited number of partial scholarships are offered each batch for sincere applicants with demonstrated financial need. Please contact our admissions team for details.
What happens after the training ends?
Your journey with Bliss of Enlightenment does not end on Day 51. All graduates receive 3 months of post-training support, access to our online community, continued access to guided practice recordings, and priority registration for advanced programmes and retreats. Many of our graduates return as teaching assistants and mentors for future batches.
How do I apply?
Applications are accepted through our website via an online application form. Selected applicants are invited for a brief personal interview to understand their background and intention. Once accepted, a deposit secures your place in the batch. Seats are strictly limited to maintain the integrity and intimacy of the programme.
Begin the Inner Journey
The Silence You Seek Is Already Within You
Seats are strictly limited to 15 participants per batch to preserve the depth, intimacy, and sacredness of the experience. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Do not wait — the inner call is the call of the Self itself.
