How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?
We aim to respond to all emails and form submissions within 24 hours on weekdays. For faster responses, WhatsApp is the best channel — we are typically available Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 7 PM IST.
I am not sure which retreat is right for me. Can you help?
Absolutely — this is one of the most common questions we receive and we love helping people find the right fit. Simply send us a message through the form above, share a little about yourself and what you are seeking, and we will guide you to the programme that best matches your needs and experience level.
Can I visit the retreat centre before booking?
We welcome visits from those seriously considering a retreat. Please contact us in advance to arrange a visit — we are happy to show you the space, answer your questions in person, and give you a feel for the environment and energy of the place.
Do you offer online programmes or only in-person retreats?
At this time, all our retreats and trainings are in-person experiences — held in Rishikesh. The depth of transformation we offer requires presence, community, and a sacred physical space. We do however offer online integration support after all programmes, and bonus online course materials.
How do I secure my place on a retreat?
Once we have spoken and confirmed the right programme for you, registration is completed online. A deposit of ₹8,000–₹10,000 (or $150–$200 for international participants) confirms your seat. Full payment is due 30 days before the programme begins. Seats are strictly limited, so we encourage early registration.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 45 days before the retreat start date receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 45 days may be transferred to a future batch. In cases of medical emergency, we handle cancellations with compassion on a case-by-case basis. Full details are available in our Refund Policy.
