Kiran Geet is a Kundalini Yoga practitioner and facilitator who shares the transformative practices of Kundalini Yoga in the tradition of Yogi Bhajan. Her teaching style combines kriyas, pranayama, mantra, meditation, and mindful movement in a grounded and accessible way, helping students cultivate self-awareness, emotional balance, and inner strength.

Her approach is rooted in discipline, consistency, and conscious living. Alongside Kundalini Yoga, her personal and teaching practice includes classical yogic techniques such as Nauli, Bandhas, and traditional pranayamas. Mantra and sacred sound are central to her path, creating spaces of healing, clarity, and deeper connection within.

Tijana Radic

Hatha Yoga · Meditation · Stress Relief

Tijana Radic is a Hatha Yoga and Meditation teacher with over 12 years of international teaching experience across the USA, Costa Rica, Thailand, and Serbia. With a background in architecture and later specialization in wellbeing, stress management, Vedic meditation, and Vastu (Vedic architecture), her work bridges conscious living, mindful movement, and inner harmony.

She completed her 200-Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at the Sri Sri School of Yoga in India and has since guided students through yoga, breathwork, meditation, and holistic stress relief practices. Her teaching style emphasizes alignment, conscious breathing, emotional balance, and cultivating a peaceful connection between body and mind.
