This retreat is a complete journey of purification, healing, and awakening. Do I need any prior experience in meditation or yoga?
No prior experience is required whatsoever. This retreat has been carefully designed to be fully accessible for absolute beginners while simultaneously offering genuine depth for experienced practitioners. What matters is not your background β it is the sincerity of your intention.
Is the silence absolute? What if I need to speak?
Outer silence is maintained during meditation periods, meals, and designated silence hours. You may speak with facilitators at any time for support, guidance, or practical matters. The evening Satsang also provides space for questions and sharing. The silence is held gently β it is a practice, not a punishment.
