Voices of Transformation

What Past Participants Say

★★★★★

“I arrived carrying years of corporate burnout. By Week 2 I had forgotten what stress felt like. The chakra practices are unlike anything I have encountered in a decade of yoga — they actually work, powerfully and gently at once. I left with a sadhana plan I still follow every single morning.”

Meera Iyer

Bengaluru · Batch October 2024

★★★★★

“The Vigyan Bhairav Tantra sessions changed my understanding of what meditation even is. These are not techniques — they are doorways. By Day 14, the silence was so alive it felt like being held. I have never felt so completely myself. Twenty-one days is exactly the right length.”

Arjun Kapoor

Delhi · Batch August 2024

★★★★★

“I came for emotional healing and received that and something I cannot name — a recognition of my own depth that no therapy, no book, and no previous retreat had touched. The integration support after was equally essential. My life has genuinely reorganised itself around the clarity I found here.”

Sunita Sharma

Mumbai · Batch June 2024

★★★★★

“As someone with no prior meditation experience, I was apprehensive about 21 days. By Day 3, my apprehension had dissolved. The progressive design is genius — by the time deep silence begins in Week 2, you are actually ready for it. The personal guidance sessions were extraordinary.”

Rohan Verma

Pune · Batch November 2024

★★★★★

“I travelled from the UK specifically for this retreat after researching many programmes worldwide. The integration of Ayurveda, the 5 Elements, the chakras, and Tantra meditation into one coherent 21-day arc is remarkable. This is the most intelligently designed retreat I have encountered.”

Priya Nair

London, UK · Batch January 2025

★★★★★

“The 5 Koshas module alone justified the entire retreat. I had never actually felt my pranamaya kosha before — I had only read about it. Here, it became real and tangible. The sunrise rituals have become the most important part of my daily life. I returned home a different person.”

Dr. Kavitha Menon

Frequently Asked Questions

Your Questions, Answered

Do I need prior experience in yoga or meditation?
No prior experience is required. The retreat is designed to be fully accessible for sincere beginners while offering genuine depth for advanced practitioners. The 7-day pre-retreat programme ensures you arrive prepared. What matters is not your background — it is the sincerity of your intention.
How does Noble Silence work in a 21-day programme?
Silence is introduced gradually. Week 1 is preparatory with guided sharing. Noble Silence begins fully in Week 2 — covering meals, movement, and all communal spaces. In Week 3, silence is thoughtfully released as participants re-integrate into ordinary speech. You may speak with facilitators at any time for support. The silence is held gently — it is a practice and a gift, not a restriction.
What is the Personalized Sadhana Blueprint?
Every participant receives an individualized home practice plan created by the lead teacher based on your constitution, tendencies, and insights gathered during the 21 days. It includes specific pranayama, asana, meditation, and daily routine recommendations — a practical lifelong guide tailored entirely to you.
What language are the teachings in?
Teachings are delivered in both Hindi and English. All written materials are bilingual. International participants are warmly welcomed — the essence of these teachings, and the practices themselves, transmit beyond language. Many participants have described this as one of the most language-free learning experiences they have ever had.
Can I use my phone or digital devices?
Phones, laptops, and all digital devices are surrendered at the start of the retreat and returned at the close. Digital detox begins in Week 1 and is a core part of the transformation — the disconnection from screens is itself a profound practice. In genuine emergencies, facilitators will assist with necessary communication.
What is the post-retreat support?
All participants are welcomed into a dedicated 30-day integration programme: weekly online group sessions, personal check-in support, and access to the Bliss of Enlightenment community. Integration is when the real transformation embeds itself into ordinary life — we take this as seriously as the retreat itself.
What is the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra?
The Vigyan Bhairav Tantra is an ancient text containing 112 techniques of meditation — a direct transmission from Shiva to the Goddess Devi. It is considered the deepest and most comprehensive meditation manual ever composed. Participants are guided through a selection of these techniques directly in practice, not merely as intellectual study.
How do I register and what is the cancellation policy?
Registration is completed online. A deposit of ₹10,000 (or $200 for international participants) confirms your place. The balance is due 30 days before the retreat. Cancellations more than 45 days before the retreat receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 45 days may be transferred to a future batch. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.
Is there any physical fitness requirement?
No specific fitness level is required. All yoga practices are offered with modifications and alternatives. The retreat is not physically demanding — the primary invitation is inward, not athletic. Anyone in general good health who can sit, walk, and engage in gentle movement is warmly welcome. Please disclose any significant physical conditions during registration.
How do I apply?

Applications are accepted through our website via an online application form. Selected applicants are invited for a brief personal interview to understand their background and intention. Once accepted, a deposit secures your place in the batch. Seats are strictly limited to maintain the integrity and intimacy of the programme.

Voices of Transformation
