The Heart of This Retreat

What You Will Discover — The 10 Awakening Points

This retreat is designed around ten profound gateways of awakening — each one a doorway into a dimension of yourself you may never have consciously entered. These are not concepts to understand. These are experiences to live.

01

Know Who You Are

The most fundamental question — not as philosophy, but as direct lived recognition. Through sustained self-inquiry, silence, and the ancient practice of Atma Vichara, you will move beyond all borrowed identities — name, role, nationality, personality — to the one who is always already here. This is the foundation from which all other awakenings arise.

02

Discover Purpose in Your Life

When you know who you are, your purpose becomes unmistakably clear. Many arrive at this retreat feeling that their life lacks direction or meaning. Through deep inner work, contemplative inquiry, and guided sessions, you will not be given a purpose — you will remember the one that was always yours, written into the very fabric of your being.

03

Attain Freedom in Your Mind

Most suffering is mental — an endless loop of worry, comparison, and compulsive thought. This retreat gives you the tools and, more importantly, the direct experience of stepping out of the mental loop entirely. Freedom is not the absence of thoughts — it is the recognition that you are not bound by them. You will learn to rest as the witness behind all mental activity.

04

Going Beyond Your Mind

The mind is a remarkable tool — but it is not who you are, and it is not your only instrument of knowing. Through meditation, pranayama, and specific Vigyan Bhairav Tantra techniques, participants will cross the threshold into the trans-mental state — where intuition, direct knowing, and pure being become more real than thought. Samadhi begins where the mind ends.

05

Opening Your Third Eye Chakra

The Ajna Chakra — the centre of inner vision, intuition, and higher wisdom — is activated through dedicated practices: trataka, specific pranayama, visualisation, mantra, and deep meditative concentration. When the third eye awakens, perception shifts. You begin to see through rather than only with. Life becomes richer, more textured, and deeply guided from within.

06

Deep Contentment & Fulfillment

Santosh — contentment — is not passive resignation. It is the deep fullness that arises when you stop seeking happiness outside yourself and discover the inexhaustible peace that lives at the core of your being. This retreat creates the conditions for that discovery to happen organically. Participants consistently report that, by Week 3, a fundamental satisfaction has taken root that requires nothing from the external world to sustain it.

07

Transcending the Fear of Death

The fear of death is the root of most human suffering. When this fear dissolves — not intellectually but in direct experience — everything changes. Through specific meditation practices, contemplation of impermanence, and the living teachings of ancient wisdom, you will meet the truth that what you are cannot die. This is not consolation — it is recognition. Many participants describe this as the single most liberating discovery of their lives.

08

Emotional Liberation & Inner Healing

Unprocessed emotions are the primary obstruction to spiritual depth. The retreat includes dedicated trauma-informed emotional release practices, breathwork for deep healing, and a safe, held container for whatever needs to move. True inner freedom requires that the emotional body be honoured and healed — not transcended through suppression, but liberated through compassionate awareness.

09

Awakening Kundalini Shakti

The dormant spiritual energy at the base of the spine — Kundalini — is gently and systematically prepared and invited to rise through dedicated yogic practices, chakra purification, and energy work. This is not forced awakening but a natural blossoming that happens when the channels are clear, the mind is still, and the heart is open. When Kundalini rises, life is never the same again.

10

Direct Experience of Samadhi

Samadhi is not a goal to achieve — it is a state to be recognised. The entire 21-day arc is designed to create the inner conditions in which Samadhi may spontaneously arise. The dissolution of the boundary between the observer and the observed. The recognition of consciousness as the ground of all existence. Some participants experience this fleetingly; others find it settling permanently into daily life. All return changed at a fundamental level.

The Ultimate Inner Journey

This retreat is the culmination of the spiritual path — not a beginning, not a detox, but a direct plunge into the depths of consciousness itself. Every practice, every silence, every teaching is designed to strip away what you are not, until only the radiant truth of what you are remains.

A Retreat Unlike Any Other

Why This Samadhi Retreat Is Different

Most retreats offer rest. A few offer insight. This retreat offers something rarer — the direct experience of your own transcendental nature. It is not 21 days of relaxation. It is a complete, guided, carefully held plunge into the deepest dimension of what you are.

Samadhi-Oriented Design

Every session, practice, and silence is intentionally structured toward the direct experience of transcendental consciousness — not merely relaxation or stress relief.

Intimate Sacred Group

Maximum 8–12 participants ensures every person receives deep personal attention and genuine guidance from the lead teacher throughout the journey.

Ancient Wisdom, Living Practice

Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, Advaita Vedanta, Kundalini Yoga — transmitted not as intellectual study but as direct living experience through immersive practice.

Complete Journey Support

7-day pre-retreat preparation, personal 1-to-1 sessions throughout, and 30 days of structured integration ensure transformation is permanent, not temporary.

What Makes This Retreat Unique

Signature Features You Will Find Nowhere Else

01

Samadhi-Specific Curriculum

Unlike retreats that offer general wellness or relaxation, every practice here is specifically designed to guide participants toward the direct experience of Samadhi — the transcendental state beyond mind. This intentionality is what makes the results so profound and lasting.

02

Personalised Awakening Sadhana Plan

Every participant receives a fully individualised home practice — crafted by the lead teacher based on your constitution, your insights during the 21 days, and your specific inner landscape. Not a template: a living, personal roadmap for your continued awakening.

03

Fear of Death Immersion Module

A rare, dedicated module on the direct contemplation of death and impermanence — drawing on Maranasati, Bardo teachings, and Advaita Vedanta — to dissolve the root of suffering and reveal the deathless nature of consciousness itself. Offered with enormous care and safety.

04

Third Eye Activation Programme

A dedicated, progressive sequence of Ajna Chakra activation practices — trataka, specific pranayama, yantra, and inner-sight meditation — that systematically open the doorway of higher perception and intuitive knowing over the course of the 21 days.

05

Private 1-to-1 Awakening Sessions

Each participant has dedicated personal sessions with the lead teacher — a sacred space to ask the unaskable questions, share the innermost experiences, and receive guidance precisely tailored to where you are on your unique path to Samadhi.

06

30-Day Post-Retreat Integration

The inner journey does not end at the gates. Thirty days of structured follow-up — online group sessions, personal check-in support, and access to the Bliss of Enlightenment community — ensure that your Samadhi insights become the foundation of your new life, not a passing peak experience.

Is This Retreat for You?

Who Can Join This Training

This is not a beginner yoga retreat or a holiday. It is a deeply immersive spiritual journey for those who feel the call of something greater — who sense that there is a dimension of themselves they have not yet fully met. If any of the following resonates, you belong here.

The Sincere Seeker

You have practised yoga, meditation, or spiritual inquiry for some time — and while you have had glimpses, you feel ready for something deeper. You want the direct experience, not more concepts.

The Life QuestionerThe Life Questioner

You feel a persistent sense that there is more to life — a deeper purpose, a more real way of being — and conventional answers no longer satisfy. The questions feel urgent and alive in you.

The Fear Carrier

You carry a background fear — of death, of meaninglessness, of not being enough — that colours your life even in its best moments. You are ready to face and transcend this at its root.

The Burnout Survivor

Years of high achievement have left you empty or exhausted. You have tried rest and therapy. What you need now is not recovery — it is a fundamental reorientation of who you think you are.

The International Pilgrim

You have travelled widely in search of authentic spiritual experience. You are ready to receive transmission from a living tradition — not a packaged wellness product — in its original depth.

The Committed Practitioner

You have a yoga or meditation practice and you are ready to go much deeper — to have the intellectual understanding become embodied knowing. You are ready for Samadhi, not just savasana.

Please Note: This retreat is not recommended for individuals currently experiencing acute psychiatric conditions, severe clinical depression requiring medication adjustment, or those in active crisis. No specific yoga or meditation experience is required — sincerity and openness are the only prerequisites. Please contact us before registering if you have any health concerns — we are happy to discuss suitability personally and with care.

Voices of Transformation

What Past Participants Say

★★★★★

“I had read about Samadhi for fifteen years. I had never experienced it — until Day 16 of this retreat. The silence became so alive, so full, that suddenly there was no experiencer left — only the fullness itself. I cannot put it into words because it lies beyond words. My life before and after this retreat are simply different lives.”

Rajesh Krishnamurti

Hyderabad · Samadhi Retreat, November 2024

★★★★★

“The fear of death contemplation in Week 2 was the most frightening and most liberating thing I have ever done. By the end, I did not just believe I was more than this body — I knew it, in my cells, beyond all doubt. The fear that had been running my life for forty-three years simply dissolved. I am still in awe.”

Ananya Reddy

Bengaluru · Samadhi Retreat, August 2024

★★★★★

“My Third Eye opened on Day 12. I do not say this lightly or as metaphor — I mean I began to see and know things that my ordinary mind could not access. The trataka and specific pranayama sequence is extraordinarily potent. The teacher is a genuine guide, not a performer. This is the real thing.”

Dr. Priya Subramaniam

Chennai · Samadhi Retreat, June 2024

★★★★★

“I came from London specifically for this retreat after years of searching for authentic transmission. What I found here — the depth, the silence, the living lineage behind the teaching — I have not encountered in twenty years of retreats worldwide. The question ‘who am I?’ is not a philosophical exercise here. It is a direct experience.”

Sarah Montgomery

London, UK · Samadhi Retreat, January 2025

★★★★★

“I was a high-functioning corporate executive who had lost all sense of why. By Week 3, I had found something that no career, no achievement, and no amount of money could ever provide — the recognition of my own boundless nature. My colleagues say I came back a different person. I tell them: for the first time, I came back as myself.”

Vikram Malhotra

Mumbai · Samadhi Retreat, March 2025

★★★★★

“The Kundalini awakening in this retreat is unlike anything in any book. The practices are precise, the container is safe, and the teacher knows exactly how to hold someone through the intensity. By the closing ceremony I understood — deeply, in my whole being — that I was not the one who was born and will die. I am what witnesses all of that. Gratitude cannot begin to describe it.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Your Questions, Answered

Do I need prior experience in yoga or meditation to attend?
No specific experience is required. Sincere intention is the only true prerequisite. The retreat is progressively structured — you will never be pushed beyond what you are ready for. Beginners and experienced practitioners alike have had profound Samadhi experiences here. What matters most is not where you start, but the depth of your intention.
What exactly is Samadhi and will I definitely experience it?
Samadhi is the state of consciousness in which the boundary between the observer and the observed dissolves — a direct experience of the unity of all existence. It cannot be forced or guaranteed — it is a natural arising when the inner conditions are right. This retreat creates those conditions with extraordinary care and precision. Many participants have profound Samadhi experiences; all participants experience significant and lasting inner transformation. We make no promises about specific experiences — we make a promise about the depth of the container we hold.
How does the fear of death contemplation work? Is it safe?
The death contemplation module is offered in Week 2, after a full week of preparation and purification. It is approached with the greatest care — drawing on Maranasati meditation, Bardo teachings, and Advaita recognition practices. Participants are fully supported before, during, and after. This is not morbid dwelling — it is a liberating enquiry into the nature of consciousness that, done correctly, dissolves the deepest root of human suffering. Many participants describe it as the most liberating experience of the entire retreat.
Will my Third Eye actually open? How does this happen?
The Third Eye (Ajna Chakra) activation is a dedicated progressive programme woven throughout the 21 days — not a single session. Trataka, specific pranayama, yantra meditation, mantra, and sustained inner-gaze practices work cumulatively to prepare and open this centre. Many participants notice significant shifts in intuition, inner vision, and perceptual clarity by Week 2. The experience varies by individual — but the practices are precise, tested, and effective.
How does Noble Silence work in this retreat?
Silence is introduced progressively. Week 1 includes guided sharing and daily discourse. Noble Silence — covering speech, eye contact in communal spaces, and all digital communication — begins in Week 2 and continues through most of Week 3. Participants may speak with the teacher and welfare team at any time. The silence is not a restriction — it is the retreat’s most powerful practice. Most participants describe the silence as alive, intelligent, and deeply loving.
Is this retreat suitable for emotional or psychological healing?
Yes. Deep inner transformation necessarily includes emotional healing — and the retreat includes specific trauma-informed emotional release practices, breathwork for emotional liberation, and shadow integration work. Many participants arrive carrying years of unprocessed grief, fear, or trauma — and leave significantly lighter. We have a dedicated welfare facilitator on-site and the lead teacher has extensive experience holding emotional intensity with great skill and care. However, this retreat is not a substitute for psychiatric care — please see the note about contraindications.
What is the Personalised Sadhana Blueprint?
By the end of the retreat, based on 21 days of intimate observation and personal sessions, the lead teacher creates a fully individualised home practice plan for each participant. This includes specific pranayama, asana, meditation techniques, daily rhythm recommendations, and guidance for continuing the awakening process at home. This is not a generic handout — it is a living, personal roadmap created specifically for you and your inner landscape.
Can I use my phone or stay in contact with family?
All digital devices are surrendered at the start of the retreat. Digital detox is not merely a convenience — it is a core transformation practice. The retreat staff handle all genuine emergencies and will facilitate necessary communication. For most participants, surrendering the phone proves to be one of the most relieving moments of the entire journey — the endless pull of digital noise releases instantly, creating the space in which the inner journey can truly begin.
What post-retreat support is provided?
All participants are welcomed into a 30-day structured integration programme: weekly online group sessions with the lead teacher, personal check-in support, and access to the living Bliss of Enlightenment community. The integration period is when most of the deepest transformation is embodied — when peak experiences become permanent shifts in consciousness. We take this as seriously as the retreat itself. Samadhi is not the end of the journey — it is the beginning of living from that recognition.
How do I register and what is the deposit policy?
Registration is completed online or via WhatsApp enquiry. A deposit of ₹15,000 (or $250 for international participants) confirms your place in the batch. The balance is due 30 days before the retreat begins. Cancellations more than 45 days before the retreat receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 45 days may be transferred to a future batch at no additional cost. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for complete details, or write to us with any questions.
