• Transactional communications(booking confirmations, pre-retreat information, payment receipts) are sent as part of our contractual obligation. These cannot be opted out of while a booking is active.
• Retreat notifications(upcoming batch announcements relevant to your past interest) are sent on a legitimate interest basis. You may object to these at any time.
• Newsletter and spiritual contentis sent only with your explicit opt-in consent. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email, or by writing to us directly.
• WhatsApp messagesare sent only in response to your own messages or for active booking matters. We do not send unsolicited WhatsApp promotions.
